College World Series: The man behind the organ at TD Ameritrade Park

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Even though it’s a fairly new ballpark there’s an old school feel and sound to TD Ameritrade Park. Organ music has a strong presence during the College World Series. Jerry Pawlak is the man behind the organ and he’s been the only man behind the organ at the stadium.

At 80 years-old Jerry enjoys bringing smiles to fans from all across the country creating a fun atmosphere. He doesn’t have any plans to stop playing in the CWS. He started in his early 20′s in Chicago at restaurants and continues to play here at the CWS and with the River City Theatre Organ Society in Omaha.
